No pictures because we inhaled this pizza, but truly want to shout-out how wonderful these folks were! My friend and I lucked into being at the bar they were at and they happened to have one gluten-free crust available. After talking to the staff, I was sold on trying it as they told us the crust was made from gluten free flour from Italy!
Hands down, it was the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. Truly made me question if it was gluten-free because it was fluffy and doughy and flavorful. After years of having cracker-like gf crusts, I was blown away.
Fingers crossed for you all eventually getting a restaurant because I will be one of the first people at the door so I can have that crust again!
