Usually have had no issues with delivery from Gallaghers east. I love the pizza and I order it almost weekly. My wife has celiacs and has never had gluten issues. But lately the delivery has worsened. Monday night, ordered online at 6:01pm, estimated for delivery at 6:56pm. I call them at 7:16, was told it’s ready but waiting for a driver and should be less than 20 minutes, I’m told I’ll get a 15% discount. 7:46pm I call again, still no za. I’m told it just left 10 minutes ago and it should be there soon, I ask to speak to a manager who gives me excuses (I.e., the online ordering didn’t refresh, the manager, who o thought I was talking to, didn’t give extra drivers up, the person speaking just cut my pizza), I’m told he can give me a $15 credit on my next order. As of 8:04pm, 2 hours after ordering, it’s still not here. My next call is for a refund. I hope the owners see this. Unacceptable. The burden of customer service is on them.
