Gallivant is a great (semi) new addition to downtown Dover. They have recently opened for evening service in addition to their amazing brunch. Kristen's love and passion for world food is clearly on display here. The bubble waffles are a must (and gluten free) as is the tomatillo "bloody" mary. Like a verde mary and amazing. For other drinks try the flights of espresso martinis or iced coffees (boozy or non). The space is well done and flexible for many different sized parties. Its well worth a happy hour or evening trip (and don't forget about brunch!)
