The food is good but the younger girl that takes the phone orders is completely ignorant and rude. I ordered chicken carbonara and a gluten free pasta dinner, go to pick up my food and get home and I have chicken parm and a gluten free pasta dinner. So I called back to say I got the wrong thing and she literally argued with me for 10 minutes. She said no you said chicken parm, and stated that she repeated the order when she never did. When I had placed my order all she said was 20 minutes and hung up. It’s aggravating, just because you have a thick accent does not mean that I ordered something completely different, and what happened to the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? Will not be returning due to the disrespect, I would order there weekely, but I am not going to spend my money there so it can pay her salary.
