Needed to bring a gluten free pizza to an outdoor gathering. Called ahead to ensure everything was celiac safe. They prepare the gluten free pizza on a separate location, bake all pizzas on individual pans (so there’s no flour on the surface of the oven), and do not cut it (to avoid cross-contamination). They were quite well-informed, and the pizza was pretty good! I’m new to GF pizza, so I may still be mourning the original crust, but I was impressed with their GF crust.

I made a weird pizza & it was amazing! Gluten-free dough, black olives, white onion, spinach, green pepper... & SHRIMP! Dipped in blue cheese dressing. A new fave & a must try!
