Love Gan Shan. We’ve been eating here for years, long before moving to Asheville. Food is usually fast and so so good! Disappointed to see changes to the menu since new ownership. No more pulled pork or wings! Brisket is sold out often, too. And maybe another gluten free entree/appetizer for the celiacs.
