I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Gandalf" in the center of Podgorica, and I have to say, this place is a real gem! They offer an incredible selection of homemade healthy recipes, which is such a refreshing change. It's probably the only place in town where you can find gluten-free and vegan options, which makes it perfect for anyone looking for something lighter and healthier. I couldn't resist trying their pineapple cheesecake (see pic) and It was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet, a perfect summer dessert. Honestly, it is probably the best cheesecake I've ever had. I also had the pasta, which was delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients. You can really taste the difference when something is homemade. The service was exceptional as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. If you're in Podgorica and looking for a place with great food, a cozy vibe, and top-notch service, "Gandalf" is definitely the spot to check out!

Best gluten free options in the city, it was nice to get some creature comforts while away from home. The cooking is very much “homemade” vs. what you might get in a different restaurant. This is advertised in advanced which makes one truly appreciate the quality food coming out of the kitchen. Definitely worth a visit
