I have never been yelled at in a restaurant until today. Even if a customer is testing your patience by not understanding which list to review, there's no excuse for utter rudeness. When you scream at a customer, regardless of our native languages, it doesn't improve communication. The customer just wonders why they are being yelled at. I've gone other places where types of gluten free food has been suggested. Here I got yelled at. Some places I smile at staff upon entering. Here another staff member scowled. I say this seriously: we are living in scary times where countries surely want to maintain their income. Why would you want to scare away tourists? Never again due to the inappropriateness.
