We ordered 3 combos..the knuckle the new Yorker and the pastrami and corned beef on gluten free bread. I haven't seen a gluten free sub roll look and feel like this the flavor is good in the sandwich. I'm worried it's not gluten free since there wasn't any notations on it.. I guess we will see
