I am gluten-free because I have Celiac Disease. My enchilada was delicious but I was sad that the chips are cooked in a shared fryer so I could not have any of them. What is Mexican food without chips and salsa? I wish I could have had the fried ice cream also. It would be nice if restaurants would figure out how to cater to dietary restrictions better. When your choices go from a huge front and back menu to 10 items total, you do not want to go back to that restaurant.

Garcia's has Gluten Free! Our server gave me several options. I got the sour cream sauce enchiladas and they were delish! Spinach cheese sauce is very good also. Guami is the best server ever!
