My complaint is that- as a person with food allergies I think you need to be careful what you call things. If I order chicken I’m expecting chicken. I have celiac so getting some gluten containing fake meat substitute will not fly. It should be clear to your customers what they are ordering, or honestly it’s a liability. please consider rewording your menu to indicate “chicken alternative” or “vegan chicken” or even “chick’n”- this goes for all vegan substitutions on the menu. That being said the owner seemed super nice.
