I have a gluten allergy told an associate and was told to wait so I could let the manager know and she would be the one making the rider for me. They were able to make almost everything of their regular menu gluten free. Even the chicken tenders! When my food was ready she came to the table and hand delivered my food to me. I got the gluten free cheese flatbread (the chicken flatbread was available but I had to wait a 25 minutes to ensure there would be no gluten). When it came out there was a sticker with my allergy on the box. They were able to other allergies but I only asked for gluten.

Quickserve at Grand Floridian accommodated Gluten Free meals. Pricing is.good. staff was quick, efficient and kept the place clean. Would go again.
