The cook (who I believe is the owner) controls the issue of gluten and cross contamination, she came out to inform me at the table and knew perfectly how to do things, in addition to having a very good disposition!! The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it is better to notify in advance so that it can be prepared. This is a pleasure, a place to visit if you live around here and are celiac. Thank you so much!
