Gather

FINALLY!!!! A place which cooks everything from scratch. Delicious food. You’ll want to lick the plate. They can accommodate gluten free with no difficulty and are happy to do it. You don’t feel like you’re a bother. The wine selections are first rate as well. Gather is not a large place and it fills quickly, especially if there’s a performance across the street. Come early like we did at 4:30. Or make a reservation to be sure. The atmosphere is a little too dark for my taste, but it can be adjusted if requested. And best of all, for those GF folks, the desserts are awesome. Truly unique. No crème brûlée to be found anywhere. Yay! (So sick of crème brûlée)

Original review: Amazing food with amazing service. Updated review: We went there with friends on Sunday evening and everything was amazing. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. Our server was wonderful and very knowledgeable. One of us has celiac and the server spent the time to go through the menu and share the items that were gluten free and which could be made so with a few changes. The food was incredibly delicious. The menu is small but the items on the menu are great for all tastes and the lack of a huge menu reflects in the quality and elevated taste profiles they offer. This is a great date night place or a great way to impress friends. A must try!
