In my opinion, this coffee shop has the same flaws as any other, yet the proprietor appears to be always working to improve the consumers' experience. As I found on my last visit, this coffee establishment serves lactose-free milk and gluten-free goods. The baristas are courteous and accommodating; I saw someone swapping their beverages for free, and the barista handled the situation without issue!!!!

In my perspective, this coffee shop has problems like any other, but the owner appears to be always attempting to improve the patrons' experience.
