This is the best ice cream I have ever tasted! I lived in Italy for many years and never found ice cream as good as this. The added bonus is that the recipes are original and gluten-free. The owner deserves recognition for her efforts to provide healthy food, which is quite rare to see these days.

For me, this is the best ice cream in Sardinia, if not Europe. Many vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free varieties are available, and made with natural, mostly local, seasonal ingredients. I love this ice cream parlor and the owner's creativity!
