The only "ice cream shop" attentive to the needs of those who cannot consume ice cream like others because they are celiac.
In fact, knowing that they are faced with a boy of that type, they ask you to wait to go and wash your hands and they serve the ice cream on the "gluten-free" side with special scoops in their truly excellent cones.
