Delicious homemade ice cream! I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the attention to allergens. In my case (celiac disease) they washed the spoon and didn't put the wafer on the ice cream.

As someone else has already pointed out, in a place that displays the list of allergens I expected some attention in the preparation. The girl put the biscuit on me without asking, when I told her I couldn't eat it she simply said "it's not my fault". Of course, I had to specify that I had celiac disease, but instead of being controversial, he could just say "I didn't know" and end the discussion. He continued to say that "it's not my fault that she has celiac disease." Next time I recommend avoiding controversy.
