All the ice cream is gluten free and you can also find cones and brioche to eat with the granita.

Excellent ice creams, lots of variety of flavors. It guarantees gluten-free, clean palettes are used, and trays not exposed to the public to avoid contamination, there are also gluten-free cones in the package. The ice cream shop staff, young, knowledgeable, very kind. It could be used as an example for those who claim to be gluten-free, but still don't have a clear idea of what contamination means and how serious this could be for a Celiac.
