I was so surprised and happy to see the symbol 100% gluten free on their window. I didn't doubt on entering and order an ice-cream.
After asking for the options, I realised they were not 100% gluten-free, but they knew about it.
The gluten-free cones are in touch with the cones with gluten, so they are no longer gluten-free, and there is one ice-cream that contains cookies or pieces of cake that is not gluten-free.
Despite seeing all this, after talking with them, I felt comfortable enough to order. The ice-cream was really good. Creamy and soft.
