Very nice to have an ice cream parlor that makes an effort for people who want to enjoy an ice cream gluten-free. The spoon is neatly cleaned and the top layer of ice is scooped away so that you can be sure that there is no cross-contamination. They also have gluten-free cones. And, don't forget... delicious ice cream!

My daughter has coeliac disease and we are used to a few hurdles in Germany. It is hardly known and there are rarely gluten-free alternatives. It was so restorative to be offered gluten-free ice cream cones and even without me having to explain, clean spoons were used to scrape the surface of the ice cream flavors and put into the gluten-free cone with another fresh scoop. So little effort and such a great effect for my daughter! The ice cream was delicious!
