I enter this ice cream shop aware of the precious gluten-free/lactose-free service offered. Indispensable for those like me who are intolerant (choosing foods that do not contain gluten and lactose is not a whim). The older lady at the counter seems annoyed at my requests on what is gluten-free and lactose-free and looks exhausted at the other customers for my simple informative questions. If the service is offered we should not have the arrogance to direct judgmental glances at those like me who cannot choose how to eat. Rudeness and poor service. We will certainly return to the Romana but never again to the Viserba one
