All excellent ice cream and local, it would be 5 stars. I'm sorry but put a notice that "does not recommend" celiacs to get ice cream from you.
Among other things, almost all flavors are gluten-free but do not ensure non-contamination. This is fine but kicking out a person because they have celiac disease seems too much to me...
Also because you are close to taking this step too
