I am celiac: I took the gluten-free ice cream, I asked to change the scoop and take it from an uncontaminated area of the tub. Very kind and helpful and the ice cream was excellent, I had no problems. Furthermore, they also have the availability of gluten-free ice cream brioches and the AIC label
