Being in Viareggio on holiday, I went to this pastry shop to stock up on artisanal gluten free pastries before leaving (the ice cream shop is in fact attached to a bar/pastry shop). The lady who served me was very kind and was also available to call the pastry chef for information regarding the conservation of the products. The pastries I purchased are made of shortcrust pastry and are garnished, some with jam and others with custard of various flavors and...what can I say...they are delicious!
