Gelateria San Pietro

I found myself spending a day on holiday and while enjoying a good ice cream I discovered the S. PIETRO ice cream shop where I was struck by the courtesy, attention and kindness with which Mrs Simona served me, moreover I had problems of gluten I found a vast assortment, excellent ice cream, "true" artisanal. I recommend it to anyone passing through Diano Marina, a must.

I came across the San Pietro ice cream shop one afternoon by chance. I accompanied some friends to have an ice cream, and reading the flavors offered I saw that gluten-free wafers were available, so I asked the lady at the counter for more information. He immediately showed great preparation, asking me if I was celiac or intolerant. Faced with my response, she went to the laboratory to wash her hands and check which flavors had just been prepared, in order to guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Satisfied, I decided to return another time, during a rush hour. Despite the queue snake, the same girl from the previous purchase turned out to be available again. With a very simple gesture, I was given the opportunity to consume an ice cream like everyone else.

Great ice cream and very nice guys. Gluten-free cone option, very good, and they are very meticulous to avoid cross contamination.
