We entered on a fairly warm April morning, attracted by the fact that a sign said "gluten-free mousse", inside they explained that it was in production and that perhaps we don't know what time we will find it. In the meantime they showed us what gluten-free options could be available, all the ice cream flavors on display. I was wary because it was full of grains everywhere and I don't think they really were. We only took a pistachio granita which turned out to be good, better than those tasted elsewhere..

Found the gluten-free brioches even if the place is not AIC certified, with excellent ice cream and excellent toppings!!! The ice cream is also very good

Three different types of vegan ice cream. Nougat, pistachio and chocolate. All recommended. Vegan and gluten-free waffles. Service is nice. Price is absolutely right!
