Bowral Genki Poké

We’ve been meaning to visit Genki Poke for ages as it’s so close to us in Bowral. I honestly didn’t think it was an option given it’s only a food-truck size until my mother-in-law showed us their menu which listed gluten free soy sauce! 😮 We popped down and I started with my spiel that I have coeliac disease and asked what could be made safe. Immediately I was told what dishes were safe, what I couldn’t have and that they separate the gluten free food from the gluten containing options so there’s no cross contamination. I was sold! Bec and I ordered the Salmon & Tuna Bowls and shared them. Super fresh ingredients and delish! 🍣 They even provided had a little bottle of gluten free soy sauce👌🏻 So good to find the smaller places which go out of their way to help meet our dietary needs 💪🏻 This will be a regular takeaway for us now. Can recommend!
