Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. I've tried to reserve a table at this restaurant twice now. I had the same employee on the phone both times. Both times, I was told the restaurant was fully booked and nothing was available. That's not a problem and does indicate a great location. But the way they communicated on the phone was rude. On the second call, I stated the day and time I wanted to reserve, and the employee on the phone immediately said, "No, I have to disagree. It's closed from 2:30 p.m. due to an internal event. I'm hanging up now because the restaurant is full. Bye." I couldn't say anything else before the beep rang and the call ended. I think that's incredibly unfortunate; it ruins any desire to try again when people talk like that on the phone.
If the restaurant has nothing available and nothing can be booked online, the website shouldn't say "call us." Obviously, you're stressed out by the calls.
I can only repeat, it's simply a shame. I have celiac disease and am always looking for gluten-free restaurants in my area. I've never been here, and it will probably stay that way for the time being.
