We ordered a variety of dishes to try, but it was extremely disappointing. The pasta tasted like gluten-free cardboard, and the sauces felt like a confused attempt at fusion — neither bold nor balanced. Some plates looked like they came straight from a cafeteria tray. Honestly, I’m still bitter about the whole experience.

Inattentive service, unprofessional, gluten-free pizza poor (frozen base), pasta dish and tomato salad just ok.

Passing through Noto for a few days, we decide to have dinner here, as the reviews show that they also prepare gluten-free pizzas. I would like to point out that celiacs are aware that gluten-free products have higher than average prices, but paying 4 euros more for a ready-made pizza base, and not even the best one, seems really disproportionate to me. Be seated at a table adjacent to the bathrooms, when there are seats available in the room.... There is certainly better in the area
