Chef Gersh was very easy and pleasant to work with. He took all the worry about the menu and calculating amounts off my shoulders. The food (dairy buffet for a bat mitzva) was really good, and he even made gluten free pasta options for a couple of our guests!
The reason we worked with him was that he was recommended by my cousins who have known him and loved his food for over 20 years!
