I first tried Get Nourished after an overseas trip (Randomly walked past whilst walking the dog) ... I was feeling jet lagged, had the holiday blues, very sluggish and ready to get back into some healthy habits. I decided to treat myself to a tea and a smoothie (BOTH DELICIOUS) and I am now hooked! Yes I have tried the ENTIRE menu .... yet to find one I don't like.
Not only have I found the most amazing healthy Coeliac friendly smoothies in Town but I have also gained a new best friend! Sharnese the owner is one of the most special people I have met and I am pretty confident she will be a friend for life. Her bubbly, friendly personality will lift your mood everyday!!
A must try! Im very lucky living a walk away, however I can assure you I would be travelling if required!!
