I've been here a bunch of times and recently went again. It was great! The vegetarian combo was fantastic as always. I think this place has my favorite injera. I've been here with a gluten-free friend and they offer a gluten-free injera option - so great! The lentil sambusa was flavorful and delicious, a great option for kids. Although, you should be sure that your kid can handle flavor and texture and spice; this isn't a place for buttered noodle kids. The service is always good and the space is nice. We sat in the back which was fully enclosed, so that was lovely. I've been back there before in the summer, but was happy to see the enclosure was comfortable.

This used to be my go-to Ethiopian restaurant for several years. However, a few months ago, I ordered takeout and got the worst injera I've ever had in 15 years of devouring Ethiopian food. Just a pale, sticky, watery tasting lot of nothingness. I figured they accidentally gave me someone's gluten free injera or something, since these were round, and I was used to the delicious, tangy square ones, and figured I've given them another try. However, I ordered food from them again today and it's clear that they either got a new cook (since if the sides didn't taste as flavorful this time around either) and/or changed their injera recipe. It's such a shame because the injera is the foundation to these dishes and it is now terrible. I'll be looking at other restaurants for my Ethiopian fix going forward.
