Ghost Ranch: Modern Southwest Cuisine

The chile rellenos were the stand out, and available as gluten free. The short rib fell off the bone which was nice, but not quite the flavor I was hoping for it to have. I would recommend skipping the pasta here as the flavor lacked luster. I would come back if I was in the area again, but only for the chile rellenos.

The food is excellent here, and the drinks are also delicious. I really appreciate the wonderfully labeling on the menu for gluten free, vegetarian, and/or vegan options. I would go more often to enjoy the food and drinks if the atmosphere was better. I find the music too loud to easily hold a conversation. I also find the music uninteresting and does not feel like it aligns with the restaurant theme. I would appreciate quieter music and perhaps simple ambient music would work better (and would likely appeal to a larger audience).
