Among the dishes that deserve a mention, there are three that I had the opportunity to try: the Pizza Novembre, the Pizza Chianina and the pasta omelette with green chili peppers. 1. Pasta omelette with green chili peppers: A tasty appetizer that combines tradition with creativity. The omelette is prepared with a base of béchamel, provola and Grana Padano, to which green chillies are added which give a pleasant spicy note. The external crunchiness combines perfectly with the internal creaminess. It is also available in a gluten-free version, which makes it accessible to everyone without sacrificing taste. 2. Pizza Novembre: A pizza that enhances the authentic flavors of Campania cuisine. The base is with broccoli cream and Agerola provola, while when it comes out of the oven it is enriched with grilled black pig sausage and a sprinkling of crumbled tarallo. The contrast between the softness of the provola, the strong flavor of the sausage and the crunchiness of the tarallo makes this pizza unique. This pizza can also be requested in the gluten-free version, offering the same taste experience for those with particular dietary needs. 3. Pizza Chianina: This pizza is a real treat for meat lovers. The ricotta-filled cornice is a surprise that adds a sweet creaminess to every bite. The main filling features crumbled Chianina meat, accompanied by Parmigiano Reggiano and, at the end, a sprinkling of provolone del monaco. Everything is perfectly balanced between the rich and decisive flavors of the meat and the delicacy of the ricotta. Also in this case, the gluten-free variant is available, maintaining the quality unchanged. Spectacular pizza, the gluten-free one is practically identical to the glutinous one! Separate ovens and workstations too. Very good fried foods with and without gluten! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable!!! I recommend it without any doubt!
