Gianni’s Pizza & Wings Sports Bar

I have to say how disappointed we were in the business etiquette at this establishment. After a year and a half of ordering once a week, we had the women and owner be beyond disrespectful to us. We always ordered large for ourselves and a gluten free one for my kids. Despite the fact that the gluten free one had continued to come completely burnt (and no it's not the normal over cooked gluten issue) we continued to order from them because the truth is we loved the pizza and the convenience. However we had an incident where we had a hair cooked into our pizza and we called to ask for a resolution. We asked for a refund rather then a credit because we were unsure of what to think based on their mannerisms and they said they would give us a credit. We proceeded the next week to use the credit in store for 4lbs of wings and paid the 50 extra on top. The following week we called to place an order and we're told they would no longer deliver to our address because of our complaint! My husband drove to the store to pick up the pizza and talk to the owner and he simply said "that's how the cookie crumbles" Since then we attempted 2 more times to order a pizza but according to his girlfriend "we are banned" and laughed. Never in my life could we imagine being banned because you cooked our pizza with hair in it. Never will give this place a dime after this.

What a great experience and very nice taste, portion and vegetarian plus gluten free options available. Will be a definite re-visit and recommendation to friends.
