Dined twice at gibney, Saturday lunch and Saturday dinner. First experience was amazing, the second not as much….
We were a group of 5 on a table big enough for 3 pax, service was slow and poor. We had one GF and a celiac which proved difficult for staff. Our entrees took over 1.5 hrs to come out to be told they were waiting on our mains order to be taken to serve entree ?
Mains arrived at 10pm to a table not big enough to fit all the plates.
Luckily the is Food is amazing, however the Coconut dessert was very average…
Disappointing experience, paying a premium you expect service to be much better.
