I am pathologically enamoured by excellent customer service, delicious food and gorgeous ambience. And Giggling Squid Cardiff Bay served well!!!
My friend and I were in Cardiff on a girls' weekend getaway, went on a walk by the Bay and randomly noticed Giggling Squid. Tbh, she was on a pescetarian diet so we thought we couldn't go wrong with a restaurant with "Squid" in its name 😀. I did a last-minute quick Google search and found they had a good score (plus they were Thai - I love Thai cuisine!) so we took a chance and we were blown away.
Karma was our main server and he was so nice, attentive and knowledgeable.
They were very attentive to our allergies (lactose and gluten), everything tasted great and they even passed the bathroom vibe check (clean and pretty).
