Gilgamesh Brewing - The Coast

Came here while doing a little shopping. Nice centrally-located spot in the outlet center. They have some gluten-free alternatives (buns, salads) and their fries are thankfully fried in a dedicated fryer so no cross-contamination with other fried foods. I had the chicken bacon sandwich on GF bun and it was delicious. They also have a nice selection of beers and ciders as well as a full bar for cocktails. Gluten-Free Rating: 3.5/5 They have some options if you need to be GF and the kitchen takes care to have dedicated spots for preparation of food to reduce cross-contamination, but they do not have much marked on the menu to let you know what can be made GF or not. Yes, I know it is a brewery and I didn't expect to have a ton of options going in, but I was pleased to hear from the staff that they do take food allergies seriously and can accommodate when asked.

Gluten-free buns (tasty!) so you can get any burger you want!! (and yes, they are careful to offer gluten-free topping alternates, like instead of crispy onions, fresh sliced onions) And the fries are gluten-free! Our server was attentive and very sweet. The food was beautifully presented. I would have liked to have had more of the “fluffy” stuff like more lettuce on my burger. The house ketchup is 10 out of 10. The environment was nice, good noise levels… Until someone started blasting Latino dance music near the entrance, not sure what that was about but it killed all conversation and we left soon after. So… There is room for improvement, but I feel like they are really trying. I would have given at four stars, however it is a rare find to have gluten free burger options AND gluten free fries! Hence the five star rating. I will be back to try the other burgers! Approximately $20 per person. And I should not feel to mention, Gorgonzola burger was flavorful and delightful.
