Gilligan's Seafood Restaurant-Johns Island

It was ok good if you’re just craving seafood it’s not mind blowing and the drinks are good we go there because my friend has a gluten allergy and they are really good about that which earns a star in itself

Great service and very accommodating of a large group. This is not a place I'd choose to eat, as I knew I wouldn't be able to eat much (I have Celiac, needed GF options). They did have a GF option menu, was limiting for lunch choices (and as I wasn't wanting to pay for dinner). I wound up getting chicken, which was well cooked, but the mashed potatoes side (a special) was literally out of the fridge and still cold. The coleslaw was bland and not worth eating. Those items felt very "Gordons food service". Ultimately I won't be back, but if the other reviews float your boat, definitely try it.
