I celebrated my birthday with a late dinner at Gilt Bar. As someone with Celiac Disease I felt very safe eating here. My server was incredibly knowledgeable and the menu was full of safe options.
I had the mussels and steak for dinner and dirty martinis to drink. Additionally, the server brought me the most incredible vanilla bean ice gelato I’ve ever had (with a candle)!
Things I loved: dark/energetic ambiance, menu options/labeling, service, birthday dessert, and coat check.
I had the best time at Gilt Bar - zero complaints. I’m be back!
