Absolutely the BEST GLUTEN FREE meal! From meatballs & onion rings to pasta and then topped off with the gooey chocolate chip cookie for dessert!

I celebrated my birthday with a late dinner at Gilt Bar. As someone with Celiac Disease I felt very safe eating here. My server was incredibly knowledgeable and the menu was full of safe options. I had the mussels and steak for dinner and dirty martinis to drink. Additionally, the server brought me the most incredible vanilla bean ice gelato I’ve ever had (with a candle)! Things I loved: dark/energetic ambiance, menu options/labeling, service, birthday dessert, and coat check. I had the best time at Gilt Bar - zero complaints. I’m be back!

This experience was the best part of my day. We went to the Library downstairs and Every single staff member we interacted with was lovely, especially our waitress Kat. She was phenomenal and so helpful and considerate of my gluten intolerance and my partner’s Deafness. This might be our new go-to restaurant for a special occasion.
