Nicole is so sweet, professional, and was so kind to work with for our wedding cakes! When we tried the sample cakes, which were adorable and delicious, we knew Gingerspice would be the one! She offers many great flavors and gluten free options. I sent her ideas for our wedding cake and she was very helpful with suggestions. She also let me make last minute changes to our cakes. Our wedding cakes turned out so beautiful, just like we envisioned! We got many compliments from our guests about how yummy the cakes were and the buttercream is amazing! Nicole from Ginger Spice did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake.
