I never find myself writing a negative review, but the service we received was pathetic. We have a gluten free 5 year old who has celiacs disease and ordered gluten free pasta. The food runners brought out the food and confused the noodles and then told my wife and I that the one our 5 year old had was gluten free. It was not, it was complete incompetence. The manager came and offered to cover the pasta she received off the check, which is fine, I get it mistakes happen. If in good conscience, comping $20 for poisoning a 5 year old is ok with you, whatever. But when I had to remind the server to remove it from the check, that's irritating. I will never come back.

To the new owners - from a long term customer - Favorite pizza is the Meatatarian, and they stopped putting the late pieces of sausage on them. 5/5 turned into a 3.5/5 - ordering to go is now more difficult as well. The new chatbot answers instead of a person and specifically says you can only order online, however when you order online a pop up says they aren’t taking any orders after you put everything into your cart and submit. Also since you are asked to order on line, a comment box would help for those with sensitivities (no sugar, dairy, gluten, etc).

Food is great, especially if you have a gluten allergy. Bar did take awhile for canned drinks, but server kept us updated that they were on the way.
