We ordered the GLUTEN-FREE spaghetti bolognese and after half an hour they told us that there is none, their alternative proposal: spaghetti with tomato, just like that, the saddest dish you have ever seen, zero desire to do things with a little grace, but the surprise comes when on the bill they want to charge us for the spaghetti bolognese!! And the manager tells us that the dish they served us does not exist on the menu and they have no way to charge it.... Instead of charging it at 15 they put it at 13, very cheeky

A really negative experience. As soon as I entered, with 26 degrees outside, I could notice more heat and deduce that the place was not air-conditioned. We had a reservation at 2:00 p.m. and we all arrived at 2:14 p.m., at 3:20 p.m. they began to serve us only two dishes, and then immediately with the two dishes on the table they informed us that they did not have available one of the dishes (Gluten-Free) that they indicate on the Gluten-Free menu. Seeing the impossibility of changing locations since they had begun to distribute several dishes, they offered us an option that consists of spaghetti with tomato sauce, without any other ingredients. Which seemed very poor to me but I agree. My surprise comes when when I give us the bill I see that they have charged me for the dish of spaghetti with tomato at the price of spaghetti carbonara... In principle they refuse to change either the description of the dish or the price. When I spoke to the manager and explained to her that I don't see any sense in them charging me the same for a dish that doesn't match the ingredients, so they deduct €2 from the original dish. From €14.85 to €12.75. Leaving the total bill at about 180'65. I think they have made a huge mistake, I will never go back, let alone recommend this restaurant for either celiacs or non-celiacs. They are not serious.

This is the gluten-free pizza that charges you +15€. Furthermore, you do not have proper claim forms either. The complaint has been filed, without a doubt I do not recommend it
