A certainty for everyone, even for those who are gluten intolerant!
I returned with some friends to Sorbillo Isola and it confirmed, once again, a real certainty. For me, who is gluten intolerant, finding a pizzeria where I can eat in complete tranquility is fundamental, and here I always feel safe and welcomed.
I ordered the Pizza "Casa Sorbillo" (€14.00), an explosion of flavors: capocollo di Martina Franca "Santoro", burratina from Puglia, fiordilatte, organic tomato, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. A perfect combination, well balanced and really tasty.
To conclude, I chose the Cannolo Sbagliato (€7.50): crunchy on the outside, creamy and fragrant on the inside, with delicious ricotta, chocolate chips and candied fruit – perfect!
The service was impeccable: very fast, very kind staff, always smiling and attentive. We felt truly pampered.
I highly recommend this place, both to those who are gluten intolerant and to those who simply want to eat a top-quality pizza in a welcoming atmosphere, in the heart of the Isola neighborhood in Milan.
