Unthinkable! They have dishes for celiacs and it's a lie! They should not care about cross contamination, or worse yet, comply with what they offer! I am at the Quiron hospital accompanying a family member and I go there because they assure me that they have dishes for celiacs, as soon as I finish eating I start to feel terrible! CELIAC or GLUTEN intolerant, don't even think about trusting it!
