The ice cream is very good. You can choose gluten-free ice cream and cone.

I don't know if this is company policy or if the staff is simply untrained. I asked for 2 scoops of ice cream by the glass and got 2 different ice creams than what I asked for. Even the saleswoman informed us of this saying that she did not understand well. And when I told her that we can't eat the ice cream because it has gluten, she said that she can't help it and looks at us as if it was our fault that instead of asking to make sure, she went to hell. I didn't get another ice cream or my money back. I recommend better training of the staff because they are still not the cheapest products and if you pay a penny you expect good service. Disappointing.
