I ordered hazelnut and vanilla, but the ice cream was watery, overly sweet, and lacked any real flavour. Only when I inquired about the ingredients did they clarify that it was vegan—enthusiastically adding, "que no engorda!" They should understand that those seeking gluten-free options aren’t necessarily vegan or worried about calories. There are definitely much better gluten-free options in Seville!
