Giordano's

We ordered a Gluten free crust pizza for delivery and the pizza was not cooked through, it was doughy and inedible. I left friendly feedback on their website and the response back was "Sorry the GF wasn't cooked enough." That's it, no offer of a refund or any consolation. I understand stuff happens, but the pizza and service response was disappointing to say the least, seems like they don't really care about their customers.

I ate there the day before the Chicago Marathon, and they were very prepared for the increase of customers. Pre ordering the pizza while you wait was a great idea! Great gluten-free pasta and pizza, too!

The gluten free pizza crust was a delight. After being told by my doctor to go Gluten Free four years ago, I thought I'd never enjoy pizza again. I've tried crust after crust, all of them disappointing in at least one way. This crust, though, my god. Perfect ratio of crisp to chewy, "real" (glutinous) pizza crust flavour, just thick enough, I just... I never want to go to Chicago without having a GF Giordano's again. Side note: before I was told to start a gluten free diet by my doctor, I enjoyed regular Chicago Deep Dish from Giordano's for years.
