Girotondo Luxembourg

I usually always recommended this place, especially for the gluten free and lactose free options they have. I'm sorry but I have to give a bad review for what concerns the delivery service. Tried twice, yesterday and today, to place an order well in advance (see picture) for the company lunch and both times the order was cancelled just 20-30 minutes before the delivery time. If the restaurant can't do delivery because of staff shortage or whatever reason, please just be unavailable on whatever delivery service you use

We had a lovely dinner and this mainly to the very kind and friendly waiter Duncan who has done fantastic job! I had a gluten free pizza not home made which is a shame that was good otherwise.

Leaving the restaurant crying & without a main course. Super unfriendly staff. I had indicated that I was intolerant to gluten and milk, but I still received a pizza with mozzarella. Pizza back, after half an hour (!) I got a new pizza but this time it was only a base with some slices of ham on it. They had 'forgotten the tomato sauce' in the kitchen. Angry looks at me because I said something about it. A bit of an upside down world. Then we left, while my friend had eaten and I hadn't. Unbelievable.
